The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel had a spacious and Alpine feel (though quite dilapidated for its age). It had free carparking and direct access to ski slopes. I would stay there again....

Breakfest was excellent, landscape view amazing, great interior spaces, cosy.
They don't have hair dryer in the bedrooms neither to be borrowed at the reception.

Ski-in, ski-out convenience delight
Enjoyed direct access to the slopes. The buffet meals offered were excellent, especially for the price, and there was great variety to choose from.
The front desk service could improve during busy hours, and I found the cleanliness in the room to be inadequate at first, though it got better after a quick staff intervention.

Despite being relocated to a quieter room, the mattress was still uncomfortable, causing restless nights. The dining options were often bland and not appealing.

Rich and sensational breakfast with a good choice of delicacies and affable staff. Marvellous and lovely location for our trip in Sierra Nevada. A good choice of food options approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue....

The meals were good plenty to eat and plenty of choice.
The bedroom was small and lacking in comfort. No hairdryer in the room, although there was one available via reception.

Staff managed to change the rooms to accomodate our group. On site parking.
No hair dryers anywhere in the hotel. Communial areas could have been a bit warmer so next time I will take more jumpers and a hairdryer
